TFL Concepts plc is a Malta-based B2B hospitality company supporting the growth and operation of the eXo Hotels network.
Who we are
TFL develops and supports hotel franchise partnerships and provides central commercial, marketing, technology, distribution, sales and operating support. It is an asset-light business rather than a company buying hotel buildings.
The commercial idea is simple. Independent hotels keep their own identity and character, while gaining access to the systems and support normally associated with a larger hotel group.
The company is registered in Malta as a public limited company. Its hospitality and franchise brand, eXo Hotels, is active in Germany, where the initial market is good independent three and four star hotels of roughly 50 to 150 rooms.
